Eric D. Randall is editor-in-chief of the Gold-award winning newspaper of the New York State School Boards Association, which has published about 100 articles on DEI since 2018. A former reporter for USA Today, he has a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
